Hi Everyone,
It's Friday and I made it through day 5!!! Well I have another question...I purchased Heavy Whipping Cream today, the Walmart brand. I went to compare it to the whipping cream on Fitday to see if the nutrition info was close enough. Well of course, as I have found too many times to my dismay, the serving size does not match. I don't mean the amounts, but the units of measure. This has happened too many times over the past few days. The cream container measures in TABS, and that unit is not shown on Fitday. Fitday only displays Ounces, grams, pounds, and kgs. for cream. So I went to create a custom food, and I noticed on the nutrition info for the cream from Walmart that there are zero carbs. I know that can not be. It is serving size 1 TABS, 50 cal, 5 grams of fat, 0 carbs, 0 sugar.
Shall I presume it has at least .5 grams (and that is why it shows 0) and enter that into my custom food info?
