I have done introduction for 15 days.
The one extra day was because I've not been hom since Friday morning and need to do some research for the next stage.
Anyway I'm 5ft9
Started atkins at 200lbs
I now weigh 189lbs
11lbs lost in 2weeks.
Do I move to the next step?
I know what the next step involves. I just want to make sure it is the right step. I know some people do an extended induction. I've coped with induction very well and do an hour excersise(walking, class or stretches) 5 days a week.
