Can i eat them on induction, i swear i don't see them on list, even though I thought I saw somewhere on forums u can during induction. If so does the green beans in a can count if no added sugar in ingredients list? Also am I allowed to have colbyjack/motery cheese ? thanks

Yes, you can have green beans. They are listed on the "Other" Vegetable list as wax or string beans. And yes, the canned variety are fine.
Yes, you may have colby/jack and montery (sp?) jack cheese, as well.

Check the foods list in DANDR 2002, not on atkins[dot]com. Green beans do not appear on the atkins[dot]com list indeed.
