Fitday does not seem take into account fiber when measuring carbs, and it can make a big difference in certain foods like jicama. One cup of jicama = 11 carbs- 6 fiber=5 carbs. But Fitday says it has 11 carbs, not 5
So after you enter fitday I guess you have to manually adjust the carbs?
