So it has been a full week for me and I have not looked at a scale. My hips look smaller, my bra is not tight, my underwear are not tight, and my pants are drooping. :joy :joy :joy :joy :joy

congrats!!!! I am new to atkins and have had great results!! I know you will to.. keep the positive outlook and you will do great. I look in the mirror and cant tell the difference at all. I am almost to my two weeks . and i put on a shirt i couldnt get buttoned up for a long time now. and well it buttons and it fits great now.. That is when you tell a difference like your pants drooping!!!! that is great!!!!!! keep up the good workWhat's a dream unless you try to live it every day to your fullest.
