Woooohoooo!!!!
I made it through the two weeks of induction and truly feel more energized than I have been in a very long time (5 years give or take).
I used to come home from work and just crash on the bed, close the eyes and forget about the world. Now I keep thinking of what else I can get done before my bedtime's up. I am even watering my plants with joy as opposed to a chore- so very exciting!!!
Anyhow, I am going to incorporate walking into my routine for this week and see the progress. I will check back in next Monday with my results and new approach to the fourth week of this life changing experience.
btw- the headaches are gone
Starting Weight : 226lbs
Current Weight : 221.5lbs + 4 inches
Goal Weight: 140lbs

I think I will do an extended intro for two more weeks and assess my progress then. I have always had a hard time losing weight and my loss in 14 days was no great amount but nonetheless STEADY!!! so I think I should give my body a little longer to get adjusted to the change and with the walking I am going to do for the 3rd week should def. keep my numbers going down.
