Does anyone know how many net carbs in coconut milk? Can we use it partially on induction??

Nope. Coconut milk is made from the meat of the coconut, so it's only allowed from OWL Rung 3 on.

If you want to make an Induction legal "coconut milk", use heavy cream flavored with coconut extract. Make sure it is the extract, which can be found in the baking section of most grocery stores.
