Its Day 4 and I haven't had a bowel movement, and i dont feel constipated, is this normal? I've urinated like 10 times a day from the water though

If you don't feel uncomfortable I think it is fine.
My (unscientific) feeling is that "less carbage in = less garbage out"
So as you are eating less carbs there is bound to be less waste to get rid of.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Hmm - you do want to have some movement. You are eating all your veggies? If those are not enough try a fibre supplement - flax may work.

I don't "go" everyday - not sense I started Atkins. I eat my veggies and everything else, when I do it's not nearly as much as before -- I agree with Elizellen about the less carbage in = less out.Carole_____________________May Water 130oz daily

cheese binds some people - so watch that.
I try to eat fresh veggies daily -- they seem to help me keep things moving better than cooked veggies.Carole_____________________May Water 130oz daily

There is a current Poop thread that might have some advice.
Pre-Atkins I was always very regular but I had a lot of beans, more veggies, nuts/seeds, etc. During Induction there were days I wouldn't go at all.
As part of my supplements, I started taking Acidophilus Pearls to make up for the absence of my FAGE Greek yogurt. Took several days but they worked like a charm!
p.s. I get my Acidophilus Pearls at WalMart...they have the cheapest price I've found.
