I didn't eat as much as I should have today--only two sausages and cheese. I ran out of eggs! I got so busy with wedding stuff I didn't eat again. But I have some chicken wings (don't worry, they're seasoned only with salt and pepper) and I'll heat those up in a minute and throw some blue cheese over some lettuce and call it a night.
The GOOD NEWS is that I exercised today!! I did 10 minutes of stretching, 20 minutes of treadmill and 20 stair push ups. When I get home, I'll do 20 more stair push ups and then some sit ups. Maybe I'll post some pictures. I'm already sore. Feels great, though!
Going to go pick up some eggs for tomorrow for a faux danish breakfast with sausages. I'm so glad I finally exercised though! Ready to get going. The wedding dress waits for no woman.

Don't forget to eat every 6 hours and eat your 3 cups of veggies. Congrats on the exercise - it makes a huge difference!!
