What I'm wondering is... I know this loss is pretty much water, but will it come back later in the week? It just seems so surprising...
I'm eating about 2100 calories per day, managing 69-70% fat, eating my 2 cups salad veggies and 1 cup other veggies... I'm using Fitday and am eating only Induction foods, and am drinking nonstop. My stix tell me I'm in ketosis, which is awesome.
It won't always be this fast, but will I put it all on later this week?
