    What I'm wondering is... I know this loss is pretty much water, but will it come back later in the week? It just seems so surprising...

    I'm eating about 2100 calories per day, managing 69-70% fat, eating my 2 cups salad veggies and 1 cup other veggies... I'm using Fitday and am eating only Induction foods, and am drinking nonstop. My stix tell me I'm in ketosis, which is awesome.

    It won't always be this fast, but will I put it all on later this week?

    It's definitely possible. That's why Dr A recommended you don't weigh until after the full 14 days. In my particular case, I weighed every week. I lost 12 pounds the first week, and nothing the second. That frustrated me a little, where as if I would have just waited the full 3 weeks, I would have been thrilled with 12 pounds! The important part is that I've been losing consistently ever since. Congrats so far and good luck!
