    Hi all,

I just started the induction phase of the diet and had a quick question. I have been reading these boards now for a week or 2 and found a huge amount of helpful info. Thank you to everyone. My question is this; Can I take a supplement called Nitric Oxide Overdrive? It is a supplement that helps in body building. I find that it helps when I work out. It lets me work out longer and I recover faster. Now I understand that muscle will add weight. I am mostly interested in lowering my body fat percentage and not so much losing actual weight.

here is a link to the ingredients label if anyone would like to take a look at it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you in advance,

    Chad

    Re: question

Sounds interesting... muscle takes up less space per pound than fat, so trading one (fat) for the other (muscle) is a good idea. Of course, it will only work with adequate exercise.

I once tried a similar product, liked it a lot, but found it too expensive for my budget.
