    What are some of your positive thoughts lately?

    Here are mine:

    1) The "too small jeans" drawer has finally grown silent and stopped nagging me.

    2) I haven't had heartburn in 3 days!

    3) I wake up everyday thinking "today, I am smaller than I was yesterday"


    I thrive on positive thoughts....got any?

    1. I love how non-bloated my hands are feeling.

    2. Every day I am making choices to improve my health.

    3. Every day I am making choices to reduce my weight.

    4. I will never ever be this heavy again in my life, because I will follow Atkins for the rest of my life.

    5. I am fortunate that I have discovered how to lose weight and get healthy.

    6. One day, I will reach my goal weight and the men will be falling all over me (I can dream, right?)

      1. I no longer doze off after lunch...in fact I don't get the sleepy at work at all anymore. Which means I can do more...work...and make my boss happ....
      Do over:
      1. I no longer feel ashamed of what I'm eating.
      2. I don't sit at work thinking about how I'm going to pig out on garbage when I get home. Heck, today I didn't even realize it was lunch time until I looked at the clock.
      3. I don't feel like I have to compromise; I can enjoy food and be a healthy weight.
      4. I will *not* die of heart attack.

        Those are great!!

        I looked forward to getting alone and pigging out, too. Today I went for a three mile walk--a long way for me. All I could think about was getting home to my blue cheese burger and cauliflower with cheddar cheese and sour cream!

        Once you are enlightened this way, you are enlightened for life!

          1) I am getting healthy not only for MYSELF but for my DH and kids...
          2) Today I am one step closer to my goal
          3) I am setting an example to those doubters ou tthere
          4) I believe I can therefore I am doing it!
          5) I no longer crave the junk I use to and that is big for me!
          6) With each passing day, water is becoming my friend.
