    What an idiot I am , I had 2 tablespoons of peanut butter last night, and look now I got on the scale and am 141. I was 140 what a bummer. I am trying my hardest but I guess I messed up. Well here it is back on the wagon for me, 125 here I come. I have now only lost 2.5 pounds this week week one of induction. I hope that I can get to 125 I am a little discouraged. I am getting married soon, and would love to be 125 on my honeymoon.

    Just get back on the wagon.. drink lots of water, and that pund will be gone before you know it.. If you want to reach that goal, just make sure you stick to foods on the approved induction lists only.. Wishing you much success.. You can do it!!

          yep have an ounce of cream cheese insead and let it run aound in your mouth as that will trigger the fats pleasure area of the brain like your PB does and once it hits your gut it will as a fat slow the movement of the foods through your ysystem hepling you feel satisfied longer.
