  • Day 5

When I came home I really wanted a cookie. My fiancee and son absolutely love cookies. My son is off camping with boy scouts and my fiancee is in Oregon working. I'm all alone in the kitchen eyeballing the cookies. Here I am, staring through a glass, clear jar at 2 dozen cookies. Lemon cremes and chocolate cremes. I was sad for a moment.

But, I just loaded up extra salad and went on my way.

Feeling good today, but a bit ho hum about being on Induction right now. Excited to move on in 9 more days. I like more options.

    Hope everyone is doing okay!

Do yourself a favor and move that cookie jar out of sight.

You'll still get plenty of chances to test your willpower in the coming months.

And that is the way we will be successful with Atkins!!! Good for you for facing it and then walking away.

When you are alone in your head, you are in a bad neighborhood.
