  • Horrendous Butt Issues

    I'm on Day 2. I don't eat pork, beef, or chicken. I just went to the bathroom, and let's just say it was like a toilet horror movie. Green, runny, and smelled like CHEMICALs. OMG! Am I going to die? I have not had any sugar-free candy, caffeine, or sugar. No aspartame, either. Thanks.

    I had a problem with runny stools the first few days -- I did not die --- it is the carbs coming out of your body. In a few days you should be fine.

            Yes, we need more info/details. [Even the smiley turned green! ]

            Diarrhea can be caused by the extra fat or by your body not being used to the amount of veggies/fiber you are now eating. Make sure you drink enough water. You might also want to try some soluble fiber (1 tbsp psyllium husks), which will add bulk to the stool.
