Hi everyone! I have finally decided to give the Atkins diet another chance since first doing it 6 years ago back in high school. I have unfortunately let myself going since graduating high school and going to college, but now its time to get myself back to the way I used to be: 45 pounds lighter. I am starting induction tomorrow. I have tried diet & exercise but always loose interest, but this time i am determined to get back into my skinny jeans! Wish me luck!
