I am redoing Atkins after 6 years ... only by now I live in Italy.
Who can help me with the following issues:
1. there is a milk that has a high fiber content (4.8 carbs, 2.4 fiber per 100ml) ... can I subtract the fiber? I am loath to give up my morning caffe-latte ... but maybe I will be better off with heavy-cream and water? If I can subtractthe fiber, though, I'd rather do that ...
2. wine ... a no, no, right? Really?
3. I am a vegetarian ... is there one really good site with ideas that you can personally recommend? I know there are a ton of sites ... but is there one you can personally recommend?
4. do I need to limit my olive oil or not?
5. no-carb cheese is fine ... right? Unlimited?
