Ok, on day 8 of induction and today is the first day I've NOT HAD ANY CRAVINGS!! Woo hoo!! no headaches, no cravings, no tiredness, no fogginess all gone! I felt wonderful today. It took me a little longer then "a few days" but it was well worth it.

Isn't it great with the no cravings thing? I do admit to having occasional impure carb thoughts 
but I'm never ravenous like pre-Atkins so it is easy not to act on them.

thank u! Yes prior to today, i felt like a druggie coming off drugs. I was constantly "craving" something along with the aches and fatigue. I kept thinking to myself, I thought this was suppose to go away. I have to admit, don't know how much longer I would have lasted like that. So glad that's over with and I really feel great today. This board had really been great support.Comment

I'm on day six and feeling aches and pains and head aches. It's weird because I felt pretty good yesterday and so I thought I was over the "withdrawal" phase. Anyone else have that experience?Live, Love, Laugh,
