I am on day 3 of the induction, eating enough until I am full, but still watching carbs, but my Calories are under 1200. Do I still eat more food with calories and no carbs? I am full with what I am eating, I have more energy, no jittery feelings or induction flu like I have had in the past. I have lost 3.5 lbs since Monday and don't really want to be eating just to be eating when I am already full.

Re: 14 Day Induction- Help please!
Eat until you are satisfied ("full" is beyond that point for me, but you might mean something different
), then stop eating. Make sure you are getting all your veggies in though, that you are eating enough fat and that over half of your net carbs are coming from veggies. Also don't forget about the 6-hour rule. If all this is done and you are no longer hungry and 6 hours have not passed since your last meal, then you don't have to eat. Some days your calories will be lower, some days higher... perfectly normal.

Re: 14 Day Induction- Help please!
My calories have been as low as 1500 and as high as 2200. Today is a "not hungry" day, so I'll be lucky to put in 1500. It does vary day to day, like life
Don't overeat just to make up calories.
That 6 hour rule is a good one. A way that I ensure I'm eating enough is to break a meal into 2 pieces, and eat every 3 hours or so. Just a little. It gives me a more consistent fuel source, and I never feel too full.
