I started the atkins last thursday at 213 pounds. All was going well and I have been exercising daily. On Monday I weighed myself and was thrilled to see I went down to 205 pounds! 8 pounds was a great amount and I could see the difference in my face.
However, I weighed myself today and according to the same scales weigh 214 pounds which is more than I started at!! arghh!!!
I dunno what the **** is happening. I haven't changed my eating patterns since Monday so I'm totally confused. I still look like I've lost weight - especially in the face etc.
Is this normal? If anyone could shed any light I'd appreciate it.
