  • Egg substitue?

Someone help me! :confused I usually go to the cafeteria in the morning to get my usual scrambed eggs. But I have work tomorrow and won't be able to eat @ the cafeteria since it won't open until I'm long gone. My roomie has egg substitue..ya know, the one that comes in the carton. Now is that ok on Induction? I read the ingrediates and it even states 99% real eggs..?
