From the list I can tell that all those would be fine. But think about the limits of them.
Also if you do have not the book yet (Atkins New Diet Revolution from 2002) I really recommend it. It helps with knowlege and with motivation on our journey. And it can be found used many places if you do not want to get a new copy.
