    Well I did pretty good today, no cheating, my brother had a b-day party and there was ice cream cake, my fave, I was nervous cause I would think no but then I would say well I will re-start tomorrow so finally I just said no (I would almost always break down) and didn't think about it again! We also had a BBQ but I just had a couple of hamburger patties and about a TBS of mustard and was full. I put in all my info in fitday and it looked pretty good, I stayed under my carb limit but only had about 900 cals, I was full throughout the day I am just afraid I am not getting enough cals. But tonight the headache started so I am going to sleep it off (hopefully). And as far as my weight graph thingy I will update it once a week, so next weigh-in will be the 15th. If I can last this long it's a miracle, heck even today was!! Thank you all for the support and have a good weekend!!! :joy

    Don't worry too much about calories to start with - concentrate on the food choices and carb count - eat when you are hungry and until satisfied and I am sure your 15 day post will have good news to celebrate! :joy

      good for you resisting that cake and not being a restarter.
      As Elizellen said eat when you ar hungry and right now don't worry about cals once your ketosis kicks in you will have appetite and craving controls in place and be amazed at what you can do on Atkins.

      For that withdrawal headache you can take whatever OTC headache med you normally take if it is caffeine free and you should be all better in a few days,
