Hi everyone,
I fell off the wagon in June but started Induction again 10 days ago and after the first horrednous days of sugar withdrawal symptoms, I'm doing really well now.
My biggest problem now isn't cravings or anything like that, it's the simple fact that I am just not hungry anymore and an omelette in the morning would do me for the rest of the day.
I know we are supposed to eat at least every 6 hours and I do that but it really makes me sick and when I don't eat I feel so much better.
So what shall I dooooooooo???? Would it be ok to have an omelette and bacon for breakfast, nothing (or very very little) for lunch and maybe a prawn salad in the evening?
Or does that mean it would completely stall my weightloss?
I've lost 11 pounds in 10 days so far, but I feel it's starting to go slower now, much slower...
HELP!!!!
