  • 14 Day Induction menue anyone?

    So Im fustrated, I got the wrong Atkins book, 'The Atkins Essentials' where you allowed Atkins bread, Choc mudslides, banana muffins on induction, aargh GRRR, waste of money, but good thing I learned on this board, before I start Induction, that not to follow the gimick.

    Soo if anyone has a 14-day meal plan for induction that i could follow
    please would you post it

        Though it can be a bit hard to weed through I have link for you with menus. When we did our Book challenge last fall all of us made induction menus. You can find them in this thread here: But there are other things going on in that thread so it takes some patience.

        Look at the end of this page and quite a few pages onward

        Lunges: 500/1000
        Strength: 490/1200
        Running: 50/100 km


        2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned
