After beating myself up yesterday morning for the 1 pound loss, I regrouped myself and started looking at the whole picture. The fact is that I do look slimmer (I didn't get tape to start measuring myself yet), I am more aware of what I eat, and I am more focused when exercising. This week has made me look a myself a little differently than I did before.
I woke up this morning feeling refreshed and relaxed and stepped on the scale just for "fun" and was surprised to see that I had lost another pound. So, that puts me down to 156, but I am more excited that I am looking SO MUCH SLIMMER!!! I've got to invest in some tape.
