    Well Its been one week this morning....and I weigh 220 lbs...ive lost 10 lbs in a week. Is this expected, and does that mean i had 10 lbs of water because just seems like so much so fast. I do work at UPS for about 3 hours a night, lifting and moving boxes from 10 to 100 lbs..like hundreds of them lol.

    Well Week 2 here I go .

      That's awesome. I agree - some of it is water, but I'm sure some of it is the evil FAT! Keep up the good work!!

            yes i eat 2-3 cups a day of veggies, mostly lettuce and tomato's also every other day il ladd in onions, green beans, and jicama (til it runs out lol).....I dont like many other vegtables...save peas(cant have), carrots, potatoes(LOL), and celery etc.

            And I usualy eat bacon or sasuage for B-fast...and salad for lunch and chicken or hamburger for dinner, cheese on salad or with dinner.
