  • Exercise and induction?

    Guys,

    The DANDR book mentions it takes about 2-3 days for the body to go into the 'ketosis' mode. Can exercise speed it up?

    Generally, yes. Exercise can help kickstart the ketosis process.

      Can it? I did not know that.
      I just started induction for the third time, it took 6 days to get into ketosis. I exercised. But not always hyper intensely.
      Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

      May Challenges 2010
      Push-ups: 450/800
      Abs: 850/1900
      Squats: 650/1200
      Lunges: 500/1000
      Strength: 490/1200
      Running: 50/100 km


      2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned
