I’m not tired. I don’t have a migraine. I don’t have cramps nor flu-like symptoms. I'm actually pretty happy with the weight loss and being in ketosis.
I’ve just been nauseous since yesterday and I don’ know how much longer I can take this “not knowing whether I’m going to throw up or not”. I don't want to get too graphic - I also have a lot of saliva and I can't swallow it because it makes me even more nauseous. Is this normal? Any suggestions? I've already drank my 64 oz of water and it's not helping me at all

. I mean, what if this is just gas? Again, don't want to get too graphic here so let me just say thanks heavens I live alone!
. It will surely help me keep a better track of what I eat. I count carbs but I honestly pay no attention to fat grams and such.
