I've seen somewhere that there is a certain ration of the above mentioned that you should be sticking 2. Can anyone let me know what that ratio is?

I have a question.. how important is this balance.. because yesterday I checked and I was 60% Protein 36% Fat and 4% Carb... I can keep my carb count down because I know I have an allotted # of Carbs.. but can a fluctuation of Protein and Fat sink you?22 years old 5'5.5

It doesn't have to be EXACTLY 65, 30, 5. Some days one eats more fats, others more proteins, etc. etc. So long as it averages to those %s and your staying under 20 grams of carbs while on induction, you'll be ok.F 24 5'10 SW - 217 GW 170 restarted atkins 1/14/08 - This time I'm sticking with it!
