      Re: Tomorrow's The Big Day

When I prepare a meal at night, I make extra and pack in individual dishes for work - mix the meat and veggies in one tupperware. That way I always have my 'next day lunch' ready. I also make up veggie bags ahead of time - radishes, celery sticks, pea pods, cherry tomatoes, and pepper strips - 3 of each make a perfect snack. Then I normally grab a couple hard boiled eggs - and I have all I need for a day at work!

Oh yeah...I have a sexy pair of jeans in my closet. I'm a size 18 now and those suckers are a fabulous size 14. Its not THE goal but its A goal and I can't WAIT to fit into those babies! The first time I was on Atkins I lost about 30 pounds and got down to a size 14 and I had an hour glass figure....I can't WAIT for that day to come again! I can't wait to have a waist!!

You're gonna rock that dress before you know it!

I often make crustless quiches - simple to prepare and just need popping in the oven to cook then take a slice or two to work to eat cold or reheated if you have access to a microwave.

I usually add some cooked veg and/or meat to the cream/eggs/cheese.

They are also an easy grab'n'go breakfast for me if I am in a hurry first thing so I often make one or two at the weekend when I have more cooking time to ensure having them in the fridge for emergencies.

There are a couple of variations in the recipes database linked to from my signature.
