I also hope everyone had a safe and healthy Atkins day this Labor Day!
We are traveling and had an "accidental" BBQ with another family we met at the place we are staying. It was easy with all the farm stands to make a great salad. I also wasn't the only person who does Atkins or low carb! We all agreed that it was a nice change from eating restaurant food or from markets along the way.
