Ok, so I've been browsing the forums, and I keep coming across references to people eating cream cheese during induction.
Here's my question though:
Considering the "3-4 ounces of cheese" rule, how does cream cheese fit into this?
Am I allowed 3-4 ounces of cream cheese per day? How exactly does this translate to the induction diet allowance? What should be the daily limit for cream cheese while I'm on induction?
Can anyone give me an answer?
Thanks.

During Induction, you can eat not more than 3-4 oz of cheese per day. Cream cheese is among the cheeses allowed on Induction, so you can eat at most 3-4 oz of it assuming you don't eat any other cheese. For example, one day you can eat 1 oz cheddar, 1 oz blue cheese, 1 oz Brie and 1 oz cream cheese. Or another day you can eat 4 oz cream cheese.
