I ate 3 walnut halves today. I know they're a no-no. How bad did I mess up?

Nuts...
Started 8/31/09: 235.8lbs.
9/29/09: 227.0
10/13/09: 224.0 (yes, it's slow, but it's still happening!)
Goal: 140 lbs. AND...
I'd like a regular bath towel to fit all the way around me.
I'd like to be able to fit into clothes bought at a regular store, not a store for "large women".
I'd like to go on the annual rafting trip with my kids, confident that if I get tossed out of the raft into the river, I'll be able to hoist my backside back in with a minimum of embarasment! -

Did you trash your stash? If cannot keep your hands out of it is time to get rid of it. I have to do this with some things.
But I would not worry. Just move on.

No, I didn't trash the stash. I create specialty desserts for a local restaurant, so I have lots of "no-no foods" around all of the time. Ordinarily I'm not tempted much by sweets, or by nuts, but my daughter cooked green beans today with bacon and tiny chopped nuts, and that got me! As long as the nuts aren't sauteed in a savory dish, I'll have no trouble staying away from them. I doubt any...u can have them later on...but induction is a kick star....honestly and sadly i cheated twice...with onion rings and chili with noodles...didnt slow me at all..im not proud of it and wont do again but ya i saw no slow down and i stayed in ketoses...lost 14 lbs in 12 days so far

Assuming you did not eat more carbs than your personal CCLL it should not affect your losing progress, so just carry on eating only induction foods and you should be fine.
Eating a small portion of a non-induction food that will be allowed once you get to the relevant OWL level/rung can only spoil things if it makes you decide to eat other off-plan foods as well on the 'I've messed up by eating ***** so might as well eat **** and **** and start again tomorrow" line of 'reasoning' that many dieters fall for
