:wave after you have drunk all your water if you would like to have a cup of green decafe it would be fine.

Some folk use green tea for its thermogesic properties of increaseing metabolism slightly and consume it in extras and powders.
however it isn't going to cause you to drop 10 pounds overnight or any thing large like that.

I drink "regular" green tea (i.e. caffeinated) and as it has caused me no problems I won't give it up :icondance

My body is resistant the the 'thermogenic' properties of green tea. I drank it decaffeinated---hit a weight loss snag of 3 weeks--no inches or pounds lost. Dropped it from my diet and weight loss picked up. I tried it caffeinated---hit a weight loss snag of 3 weeks. Dropped it from my diet and weight loss picked up.

Me and green tea aren't compatible---on the other hand the local women's shelter got a really nice donation of green tea from me.
