Re: Italian sausage??
You have to look at the list of ingredients. If the list has sugar, cornsyrup, dextrose (or any other ose) or starchy fillers it is out.
I cannot find a good sausage to eat on induction becasue they are all filled with stuff I should not have. Some people get some sausages from the butchers that are nice and "clean"

Re: Italian sausage??
It's sad to hear that even "Italian" sausages might have hidden carbs across the pond. Here in Italy, sausages are pure pork.... and that's it! Most butchers make their own on their premises.
I guess it's one of the few things that are "easier" for low carbers in Italy. Swings and roundabouts!
Hope you find a good, carb free sausage Silkhair.

Re: Italian sausage??
Check out Costco.I have had several different brands from them with 1 gm per serving. This was on induction and I continued to lose. Now I kept my portions small and didn't eat them often.Their hard salami is great, fatty and carb free.I eat it cold.
