Hi All,
Wow! It feels SOOO good to be back in this forum again. I haven't been in here since late February 'cause i've relocated into another city just 4 days ago. It was extremely stressful, so I decided to go off the induction and just stay on the maintenance level until everything's back to normal. Now i'm ready to take on the battle and go through the induction like I had done in the past.
I just have a few questions though... In the small town where I live, there's only one or two grocery stores, which isn't exactly stocked with any low-carb products like unprocessed cheeses, nitrate-free bacon, etc., so would it screw up the diet if I ate processed cheese in very limited amounts? What about those "imitation" eggs, the ones that are already beat? Are they okay?
