    Hey, we all make mistakes, just everytime you are tempted to cheat I always remember how bad I looked, or those that I love ...like a friend, family member, or lover. They are supporting you and if you feel liek cheating...call them and have them cuss you out..or ill do it for you

      First of all your totally not the first person to do this and won't be the last - I did this 3 times before I could even complete a week of induction!!!!

      Don't beat yourself up about it because it only makes you feel worse and head for those so called "comfort foods"!! and DONT get into the habit of "well I've blown it now I might aswel start again next week" (as i did!), because you will undo all your hard work - if you slip get right back on.

      Don't know if it will help but since the day I stopped thinking of the Atkins as a diet and started to treat it like my new everyday lifestyle and way of eating I have been able to continue without slipping!

      Oh and lastly heres your hug
