Re: Quick water question?
No Dextrose is sugar, not splenda. Saccarine is splenda.
Everything sweetened with artificial sweeteners counts against the 3 maximum daily servings of artificial sweeteners. So if you have 2 servings of a water sweetened with splenda, that is 2 out of the 3.Julie__________________F/37/5'2"__________________Start April 15, 2009

Re: Quick water question?
If you are looking for something other than pure water (so, it does not count towards your minimum 64 oz) to drink, here are some suggestions:Originally posted by kellyf48 View PostOHHHHHHHHH so i cannot drink this! CRAP!!! Thanks for answering.
- water with some lemon or lime juice in it, or a slice of lemon or lime (but don't eat it, obviously
) - tea --- you can either make regular decaf tea and, if you prefer, sweeten it, or you can make cinnamon tea, which is naturally sweet and doesn't require any sweetener (I'm not exaggerating); Megs explained here how to make cinnamon tea: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...lly-sweet.html
- chilled veggie soups (cucumber, zucchini, avocado, tomatoes, etc.)
- other soups...
And once you move to OWL, you can have stuff like yogurt, almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk, etc.
