Half way through induction and loving it

I just finished 7 days of my 14 day induction and I have lost 6.6 lbs. I this woe! I cant believe the first week flew by so fast and with very few sugar cravings.

Nice!!!! You're off the a wonderful start. Keep it up.
I remember starting Atkins and not being able to believe that the scale would go down. I cannot lose weight any other way than low carb. And it works well

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Thanks farmwife! Do you live on a farm because if you do we have something else in common. I live on a 99 acre farm with my horses, chickens and turkeys!
