This is day 10 and i feel great. I have lost 7lbs so far. My menu is as follows if anybody has advice.
Breakfast: 1/2 flax muffin with sf kielbasa
lunch: chicken drum sticks (firehouse marinate), and 1 cup coleslaw
dinner: 1 cup cucumbers, 1 cup lettuce with dressing
I also ate a small piece of steak before dinner.
