Even though I'm happy with the weight loss on the Atkins Diet, I can't really see myself on it for long, there is only so much chicken, bacon, eggs and cucumber a man can take! I really miss a bowl of cereal in the morning, or a bit of toast, or the odd banana.
Has anyone here ever switched after completing? If so did you have any side effects? (e.g. weight gain).
