I have a question.. I started my diet on Sept 3 (11 days ago..not that I'm counting or anything
Anyway I lost 10-11 lbs the first week ..I weighed myself last tuesday. As of today Monday I have not lost any more weight. I am a little frustrated not understanding why I haven't dropped in nearly a week! I have stuck to 100 oz of water a day, no caffiene, 2-3 cups of greens and my carbs have been 15 g a day. I eat 3 meals a day with 1-2 snacks, I have been exercising and taking a vitamin. AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG!?
