  • I got to change my ticker for the FIRST TIME!

    YAHOO!!!!! I am so motivated now!
    3 lbs on day 4! THIS REALLY REALLY WORKS! I want to dance!
    I think I WILL!
    I am not hungry all the and I have plenty of energy! I have no headaches like I thought I would.
    I am drinking lots of water and eating lots of greens, eggs n meat. I added some excercise in my schedule (even though I HATE it).

    Ok, so I have a question. I added my journal to 'journal chats' the very first day I started the diet and I am not sure that I am doing it right....

    Here is how I did it...I started a thread in Journal Chats and I go in and edit it everytime I have a meal. Then I saw a page of Journal Stats. What is the difference and am I doing my Journal right?
    My journal is called "My new start - a new place and new me"
    which I guess I should have put my name in it? Am I over analyzing?

    That is great.
    eggs, meat, eggs and exercise - sounds very good.

    Journal Stats is for the person. No other person can post in it.
    Journal Chat other members may interact with you in your journal.
    When I journal my foods in my journal, I just add a new post for each day.
