I've been diagnosed with PCOS since coming off birth control to try for a family. We've been trying to conceive now for 15 months with no success and next week we see the fertility specialist. I kept trying weightwatchers but I was hungry all the time and not shifting anything.
All the reports say low carb is the way to lose weight with PCOS, so that's why I'm back!!!!
