Loana is correct - nuts are the third group of foods we can add once we move off the first phase of Atkins (induction) which lasts for a minimum of 2 weeks into the second phase (ongoing weight loss/OWL) where we start by adding more induction-type veggies, then more dairy including milk, yogurt and fresh cheeses, then nuts/seeds.

Something to look forward to maybe?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
