not on induction phase I believe when you move to the other phases you are allowed to eat nuts!Loana (F) 30years old 5'7"

Loana is correct - nuts are the third group of foods we can add once we move off the first phase of Atkins (induction) which lasts for a minimum of 2 weeks into the second phase (ongoing weight loss/OWL) where we start by adding more induction-type veggies, then more dairy including milk, yogurt and fresh cheeses, then nuts/seeds.

definitely looking forward I love almonds
but will make sure I do this the right way.. perhaps by Thanksgiving I have moved on to that phase
