Re: store bought chicken wings
First loana your kids are beautiful, second my husband makes wings in the turkey fryer and they are soooo good and not greasy because of the peanut oil. He makes the recipe on the back of the redhot bottle which is just add butter.

Chicken wings are really easy to make at home and they keep well. I also like to use Frank's redhot and some butter. Very good and very legal

So what is the recipe?
I use emerill's recipe for a blue cheese sauce sometimes but it is not zero carb. But it is really good

Re: store bought chicken wings
Chicken wings plain is good...just add some hot sauce.
However, I experimented wth porkrinds...crush them up, apply egg to the wings for 10-15 min...bread them with the porkrinds. Fry them...yummy!
I also do this with fish.
I actually eat a lot of sald with Ranch, not too much. Add spritzer to it.
Eat cucumbers with it. Then eat your protein. I lose onaverage 3-5 lbs per week.
Lots of water...but I am addicted to diet pop. I still lose 3-5 with diet pop, but ca you imagine if I only had water. Ive gne from a 54 pants size to a 42. Im still going strong. Good Luck all!
