Headache anyone????

okay so its almost unbearable. my head is throbbing........and like throbbing around the whole crown of my head. this is not a localized headache, this is a huge throbbing painful headache. my head feels like it weighs 50lbs. i have taken so much naproxen and ibprofen today i think i might have killed my liver.
i have struggled all day with staying away from crackers or a peice of bread becuase i knew if i had it my headache would go away but i would then hate myself!
i guess my body is just adjusting to lack of sugar and caffine.

at any point in this diet can i have my coffee again! im not sure if i can lose bread and coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some of us are doing Atkins with coffee - I went from like a zillion cups a day to just one 6 oz cup but it's enough that I only had to deal with a low throbbing headache for one day.

If you need to take an Aleve or some kind of pain reliever without a sweet coating. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water as dehydration can cause headaches!
