  • Day 1

    Day 1 was yesterday. Day 2 today. I quit drinking cokes and had nothing but water yesterday. I like water so its not a hard thing. I will drink some decaf tea later.(I like tea also, so no cokes shouldn't be a problem).
    I went to fitday and set up an account. I don't like it much right now. I can't seem to find the foods or create them for that matter. I don't know off hand all the exact info for the nutrition. Now if I could add by ingredient then it I might do better. I'll have to look into that. I have to go home now and cook some quiches to eat on. Yesterday was not a bad start. I had some tuna fish w/little mayo, 3 cups of salad, a flax ham and cheese wrap/little mayo, an eggnog shake, and 10oz hamburger steak. + plenty of water. I will tweak my menu better. I basically have had it with being fat. I'm tired of being miserable. I remember a time when I was 225 pounds and felt great. That is what I am shooting for. Today so far I have had scramble eggs w/ bacon., deviled ham w/ mayo/must. 0 carbs and 0 sugar.....i checked. tonight I will have some squash, chicken and salad. I think thats what I'll do. Well thanks for letting me blab on. I think it helps to talk.

    : P -- Sounds like you are doing great. I used to drink several cokes every day. Now I don't even want them. In fact, the thought of coke and sugar kind of makes my stomach turn. Good luck on your induction journey! Stick with it. It really works.
