  • Need KILLER Breakfast Recipe for about 10 people

We have something known as "work Saturdays" where I am employed...we come in for a day long conference and in exchange we get the week off between Xmas and NYE, without having to use vacation days. My group is in charge of breakfast this Saturday and everyone is bringing your typical bagels/donuts/carby CRAP. I want to make some kind of egg/breakfast something. I have made the quiches and what not and the fritattas which I think are good, but who knows what other people might think of them. Anyone have an absolutely delectable breakfast recipe I could make? If I bring my own stuff I am more likely to nosh on that instead of the sugar laiden crap these glucose burners eat

How about something like the Quesadilla Quiche or Creamy Ham and "Potato" Casserole? Neither looks like diet food either so you won't get those "Ewww...diet food" comments.

ETA: The Broccoli Brunch Casserole looks good too.

Do your co-workers eat the frittatas and crustless quiches you bring? If they do, then they are good. So keep bringing them!

I usually eat them at home in the AM or in the car before work. I will eat pretty much anything I cook, even if it is gross I will try those 2 recipes!

you can also set up a "bar": cook a pound of bacon, a pound of breakfast sausage, and scramble 1 dozen eggs. Bring it in and let them pick and choose.
